We started the KeHE Leadership academy to accelerate others on their journey. Since 2004 Rusty has been focused on institutionalizing and perpetuating KeHE's amazing culture through leadership development and embedding purpose into all talent processes, as well as leading KeHE Cares, which became his full-time role in 2023. His wife live in Geneva, IL and recently welcomed their first grandchild in July of 2023!

Paul leads the KeHE Leadeship Academy pillar of KeHE Cares. After 15 years in leadership development overseas, he built an independent consulting practice before joining KeHE in 2020. Paul’s leadership experience in facilitating transformational journeys includes marketplace organizations, non-profits, and individuals. He lives with his wife and 3 children in Allentown, PA.

David Mitchell
Consultant, KeHE Leadership Academy

David is focused on Leadership Development at KeHE, and driving whole-person growth and cultural renewal with KLA partners. Previously, David led the Paterson Center, a strategic consulting firm. He lives with his wife and 4 children in Fort Collins, CO. Born and raised in England, David is an Alum of Oxford and Yale.
